Please note that all hand-painted items, such as canvases and shoes, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, items that are customized with a machine, like coasters and tumblers, have a 30-day return or exchange policy. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for choosing our store! Please note that we do not allow returns or exchanges on painted orders or any digital prints. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a free pre-paid return label for any order within the contiguous United States. Simply return your order to us within 30 days of when it shipped and we will process a full refund back to the original payment method.
Please note that if the product has not been used or damaged, we can offer store credit for returns made after 30 days. However, customers will be responsible for the shipping costs for these returns. Thank you for your understanding.
