RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom engraved items, custom artwork, and made-to-order products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

This includes, but is not limited to:
 

  • Custom engraved glassware

  • Personalized slate, cork, wood, or metal items

  • Custom artwork and commissioned pieces

 

Defective or Damages Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
 

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging


If the issue is confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A refund if a replacement is not possible

Non-Custom / Ready-Made Items

Non-custom, ready-made items may be eligible for return only if unused and in original condition. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Photography Services

All photography services, session fees, and deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability.

Cancelations (Engraving)

Orders may not be canceled once production has begun. Custom orders enter production shortly after purchase.
