Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is received defective. If your product arrives with a defect, please contact us within a reasonable time of delivery (14 days) with clear photos and a description of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

If a replacement is available, we will gladly exchange the defective item. If the item is no longer available or inventory is limited, a refund will be issued as the sole resolution.
